In this issue, we present the CCS Observatory, an ambitious study on the current situation and future prospects of Purchasing and Services Centers in Spain. In addition to generating knowledge, the Observatory has an applied objective: to provide the managers of these centers with information and tools that will allow them to improve the quality of their decisions.
